I do Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Consulting. My target audience will likely be small to medium size businesses that do not have their own L&D teams and then also anyone that wants a coach to help them gain greater success.

I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand. I chose AM for two reasons: 1. It is my initials 2. It symbolizes morning. I believe that every morning is a new day to decide how we show up as leaders and its a new day and a new chance to succeed. yesterday is gone and morning brings new day and new opportunities. I think I am very gifted at coaching and helping others find new insights. I will share an Idea in the attached document but I really am open to better ideas.
