Looking for a creative design to be featured on Billboard with 1m+ views *Potential for more work*

We are a staffing agency catering to the light industrial and construction industry. Our workers are blue-collar workers.

We are looking for a creative take on an idea we have for a billboard. We will need the billboard to follow past campaign style while incorporating a play-on-words for a local event. Attached you will find the Mock-Up for our idea, images of our workers, previous campaign style, logo, and brand information including colors. If design is chosen, we will hire to complete a Kiosk as well. Brief on idea: We are located in Texas and our billboard will be directly in front of the famous Texas State Fair. We are staffing company and so our idea for play on words is "We pay fair wages" . The pun being fair as in "conforming with established standards" and fair also as in "the state fair". The imagery we are looking for is bright, simple and attention grabbing. We have provided a photo of our worker with the corndog but would like for the size of the corndog to be increased. This design we will also need to be translated into a kiosk after this contest completes that matches or is similar. It is ok if they are different if you have a creative idea for a dual design. Both image specs have been included. We would like for the image design to be similar to what we have provided as an idea but if you have something really creative we are open to seeing new ideas. Please make sure that the theme is "State Fair" .. We hope for this to be a clever Ad with a pun on the state fair and fair wages. Please get creative with the design. The mock up is just an idea using our fonts and current campaign.
