Design a billboard for a brand new retirement residence

We are a brand new retirement home (under construction) for older retirees who are still active and need minimal assistance with their daily activities. In addition to providing rental suites, we provide a host of services such as continental breakfast, full menu lunch and dinner in our dining room as well as medical, wellness and fitness programs. We also have a host of amenity spaces, such as bistro, lounge, games room, pub, craft kitchen, salon, theatre and pool.

We are looking for a billboard to be placed on the property advertising the new retirement home and inviting people to register for more information as it becomes available.

The scale of the billboard will be roughly 10' high by 20' wide. It should have: -The rendering of the building -The building name and logo -Text that reads "Register Now" and provide a phone number, email address and website where people can register for more information -We may want a slogan such as "Luxury Retirement Living" in the billboard
