Dharma Yoga Wheel

The Dharma yoga wheel is used to improve flexibility and develop a better posture for the user by giving the opportunity to get a deeper stretch. You can do 100's of different Yoga Poses and perfect your posture, core strength, and overall flexibility.

Anyone interested in yoga, fitness, and also flexibility training.

Inside Box Concept: We want our packaging to be made to look as very artistic and Eco-Friendly as possible (Though We Are NOT a complete Eco - Friendly Brand). On the inside of the box we want to have an illustration of a lady with the Chakras listed out on each area they belong. Towards, the bottom of the inside of the box we'd like to have an illustration of a park/beach/green city with all of the information listed further down included in as signs in a city or written in some other type of abstract way, but we are open if you may have a better suggestion. The Yoga Wheel that we have is hollow in the middle so we'd like to utilize that hollow area to have a pop up sign that says "Shine Bright" once the box opens (similar to the hallmark cards that have pop up designs once you open them). We also attached a photo of the "Shine Bright" Reference. Somewhere inside the box we would also like to have a quote that says "Every Flower must grow through dirt". Outside Box: Perfect Stretch Logo with by Randii Wyrick underneath. In small lettering write: Yoga Wheel for increased flexibility, core strength, improved balance, and overall health. Also, Our website written on the front "www.StretchToPerfect.com". Side Panels will say, "Yoga Wheel" with "www.StretchToPerfect.com". Back of Box: Break through limits. Perfect your body. Improve your lifestyle. Top Panel: Will say "It's a Lifestyle" with a small that states "Visit our website to join our FREE product VIP giveaway group and get secret tips to boost your confidence and improve your health. There are four panels on the inside of the box. We'd like each panel to have a fact about meditation in the form of a street sign or some other type of object that you can find in a city. Science-based reasons to start meditating today: 1. Meditation betters your relationships and positive emotions while decreasing feelings of loneliness , decreases inflammation and pain, and boosts your immune function. 2. Meditation increases your memory and improves attention. 3. Meditation increases wisdom and gives you more perspective. 4. Meditation decreases anxiety, stress, as well as, depression. Below we'd like to have an acronym for the word "Meditate" within the box. If you could make up a better one we are open to suggestions, but for now this is what we have: Mindfulness will increase your awareness  Empathy and compassion towards others will grow. Dedicate as little as ten minutes a day to increase your focus. Investigate your inner experience in silence. Train your mind to observe your thoughts as only thoughts Allow yourself to let go  Take time to focus on breathing Ease the voice of your inner critic
