Win 42" LCD Flat Screen TV

We are an established  insurance agency promoting a contest to win a 42" LCD Flat Screen TV.  The objective is to have contestants fax or email their insurance policies  in order to be entered in the contest. See below for details.

The winning design will be used in our marketing and adverising  for the next 8 weeks leading up to the Superbowl therefore it is imperative that we get the design right.

Add will be printed on 8.5x11 100lb glossy paper two sided bull bead.

- Picture of a 42" LCD TV with something related to the Superbowl imposed on the screen.  You may even want to have GO Pats - or other items related to to New England Patriots
