Design a new cocktail list for Dirty Dog Bar!

Cocktail bar and club aimed at students and young professionals in Prague, Czech Republic.

We need a new menu for our cocktail bar. The main goal is to showcase our signature drinks, and guide customers towards our higher profit offerings, such as shots and cocktails, rather than towards beer and wine. The format is A3 gatefold. Attached are the menu text, as well as templates showing where each section should be, our logo, and some photos of the bar and our drinks. Outside of the layout, we're leaving you lots of creative freedom, so feel free to be adventurous! Just please keep these guidelines in mind: -The center inside section is our "money page". Help us sell the items there, especially our Signature Cocktails, which are written in red in the menu text document! -Our bar is dark and underground, so readability is crucial. -We had an interesting idea for the front over (i.e. the 2 small flaps when closed over the cocktail section). We'd like to have our logo printed across both flaps, the two halves of it come together when the menu is closed. Can you make that happen? -Our clientele are generally aged 18-30, and we do the majority of our business after 10 PM. We have loud music, strong drinks, and dancing on tables is encouraged. We're lots of fun, and we really want our menu to reflect this!
