For 5 years or so I have sent out emails every 2 to 3 weeks - they are short emails I entitled soundbites with the subject of the email as well (some examples of the titles of my soundbites: Rushing to Yoga, Donna Summer Has No Rhythm, I Couldn't Find Parking Because of the Toilet Sale, Let It Go and It Will Come to You, Letting Go of My Entitlement, Lost in the Attic).
I realized these should all be contained in a book.
Each soundbite is on average 200-400 words and this book will have 101 soundbites.
The soundbites tend to be a combination of whismical, funny, introspective, optimistic and self deprecating.
The general theme is shifting difficult situations to positive opportunities.
There are always 3 lessons in each story. (to see some examples go to the download page on my website).
The purpose of this book will be:
something to represent me to help me get more speeches
something to sell to possible clients and the general public.
My company is called Fulcrum Point. The fulcrum is the lever on a see saw. The tagline for my company is shifting the balance in your favor.
