What's your vision?
In 2015, we defined our Strategic Path for the next three years as an organization: Growth, Inclusion, and Transformation 2018. This path includes five strategic priorities: • Measurable Transformation • Best Place to Work • Build Capacity • Build the Brand • Leverage Technology • Community/Charitable Giving We are looking to have these strategic priorities turned into a 24”x36” poster that will be displayed throughout our office. In addition to explicitly communicating our strategic priorities to our team and clients, the final poster design should be colorful, visually interesting, and implicitly communicate our brand of “professional, but different.” Each strategic priority should be accompanied by a relevant photo or illustration of some kind. Images that depict people should reflect our commitment to diversity, including, but not limited to: race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, culture, ability, and age. We’d also like the poster to include our Vision and Brand Promise (available in attached document).
On a functional level, we will need to receive the file in an editable format as well as a compressed format that can be provided to our print vendor. The finished product will likely be printed on foam core board. We are attaching the following documents necessary for the project: • Detailed overview of Growth, Inclusion, and Transformation 2018 Strategic Path, including specific activities to be embarked on within each strategic priority • Cook Ross Mission, Vision, Brand Promise, Customer Focus, and Values • Brand standards, stipulating our color palette and preferred fonts • Cook Ross logo
