Sequoia supports manufactured home owners and communities by replacing low value and obsolete mobile homes with modern, high value manufactured housing. In addition, we have a mobile home replacement program that is designed for existing 55+ homeowners who love where they live, want a new manufactured home, but lack easy access to up-front funds to pay for the purchase and installation. We front the money for the home owner to obtain and install a new home. Once installation is complete, they move back in and obtain a loan to pay us back. Demographic: 55+ Adults.

This is the second piece to our direct mail campaign. The first piece has been uploaded for your review. This time we have chosen to go with a the classic “Cinderella Story”. Front of card: I’ve uploaded an image of a new home with a polaroid, please redesign something like this with the headline Outdated Home? You don’t have to Suffer ***This is just our message, change wording to optimize response if you see fit**** Back of Card: Please review our website and concentrate on our Home Replacement program. We want to provide the following information but are counting on your marketing expertise to get the information across in the best way possible. For your information: Our Home Replacement Program: • Exclusive, Sequoia is the only company that currently offers this revolutionary program • Clients can replace their aging, outdated manufactured home with a brand new, state of the art, custom, quality manufactured home. • Best of all we don’t ask our clients for any money upfront!! • How – Sequoia will front the money for removal of the aging mobile home, purchase of the new custom home and all constructions costs. Once the home is move in ready, our clients can obtain a reverse mortgage and never make a monthly mortgage payment. We want to keep it simple and get people to be excited about our program!
