What's your vision?
We currently send out a bundle of flyers to our customers with every order we complete. Attached to this bundle is a smaller top card that thanks the customer for their order and also asks them to pass out the attached flyers to their neighbors if they were satisfied with our service. It is our objective with this project to incorporate our rewards program into the flyers to help promote and encourage our customers to distribute the flyers. Our customers are required to mail us their key for duplication. If we receive one of our flyers back from a new customer, the previous customer who gave them the flyer will receive enough points redeemable for one free key duplication. We will track who is handing the flyers out by having the customer write their order number on the back of the flyers. The modifications are listed below in an itemized order. We have also attached all the necessary graphics (logos, key images) we feel are required but if you require something additional please message us. We have also attached photos of our current flyer. It is important to note that we are very satisfied with our current front side of our flyer. It is simple enough that we feel people get what our service does quickly. We definitely don’t want to crowd the front side with too much information. Item #1: We need a top card that instructs customer about rewards program and thanks them for their order. This card will be 2.75 inches wide by 4.2 inches tall. This card needs to inform our current customer that they can earn enough points for a free key each time they refer a new customer to us. They also have to be instructed to write their order number on the back of each card in a space provided. They should also be told that they can request more flyers if they wish by contacting us. The back side of this card will be reserved for important restrictions that will get filled in later. Please make sure the front side also advertises in very small print that restrictions apply and that they are listed on the back side. Item #2: We need to make some small adjustments to the front side of the flyer but we think it is already very good. The main flyer itself is 5.47 by 4.21 inches. The largest change that needs to happen is there needs to be a small advertisement that tells the potential customers that they can get a free sticker key if they include the flyer when they send in their key. Then a “See back for details” text below this small advertisement guiding them to the back for more information. Other than that change we also have new images of our keys that are higher resolution. We have 3 different sets of keys we’d like to be displayed on the front side. Important to note that these sets should not all be displayed on the same card but different cards. We send different cards out to the customer depending on what type of key it is that they have. The sets are labeled “Set 1, Set 2, and Set 3” in the attached files. For the primary round it is alright to just display set 1. Item #3 the backside of the flyer needs a bit of a redesign. It will be in color instead of black and white. We want to keep all of the icons but also add a Yelp icon as well (http://www.yelp.com/brand ). The 2nd group of text stating that we’ve duplicated 1000’s of key we want to keep but also mention that we have a 5-star rating on Yelp. The top portion of text does not need to be kept. We also need to keep the text on the right but it can be adjusted and also shrunk down. We have uploaded a photo labeled Keepdontkeep that has exactly what we want kept circled in green. Please keep in mind the stuff we want to keep can and should be re-arranged. We need to add a space for the current customer to write their order number. We also need to add instructions for the customer to send the flyer with their order to receive a free sticker key. Our files are too large to store on 99designs.
