Pressbox needs a one-pager targeted at property owners and managers to convince them to add our free boxes to their space. The goal is to effectively communicate what our service is, how easy it is to implement, and the value-add of Pressbox for the property (not necessarily our end users, in this case). We have conducted dozens of interviews over the last month with various owner and managers - some we currently partner with and some we don't...yet - and found 3 common questions we would like to answer with this "one-pager" (listed below under QUESTIONS. Don't feel the need to use any of the language we used to answer the questions. The more simply you can represent that info, the better). We would also like to feature 5 data points that tend to positively sway installation conversations (listed below under FIGURES). Finally, if there is a way to present the idea that our company is the only dry-cleaning concept with a rapidly growing national footprint, that would really put the design over the top! We currently operate in Chicago, Washington DC, Nashville, and Philadelphia; and in the next 18-24 months, we will be in Boston, Seattle, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Baltimore, and Denver. In the end, the goal is to be in every market and managers/owners love being able to sign one vendor agreement for their entire national portfolio.
Q: How much space does Pressbox require?
A: As a rule, the property can plan for 2-3 boxes per 100 units.
Pressboxes are 15" wide x 22" deep x 81" tall.
Q: How much will this cost to install and operate?
A: Nothing. Installation is completely free and the properties pay nothing to offer our service - we don't even use the buildings power. We make money by providing on-demand dry cleaning, laundry, and shoe care service to the residents/tenants for cheaper than any of our competitors in the market, with no delivery fee. On top of that, there is also the possibility for the building to benefit from revenue share and staff perks.
Q: How much time will this require of me/my team?
A: None. Upfront, Pressbox surveys the property for the best location for our boxes, installs everything in under an hour, educates building staff, hosts a launch event for residents/tenants, and maintains awareness through promotions and marketing campaigns. Going forward, Pressbox handles all order management, payment, and customer service. The property team literally does nothing and Pressbox usually launches in a property within two weeks of a signed service agreement.
