Need striking podcast artwork for career coach helping people with their job search

This podcast will be called "Job Search Strategies with Tiffany Franklin" and will be 75% interview shows where I feature job search and career advice from top career coaches, recruiters, and highlight success stories across industries plus 25% solo shows with tactical advice on conducting a job search. The show is designed to help job seekers ages 18-70 with advice on finding jobs. I have been a career coach for 20+ years and help with career exploration, resumes, cover letters, interviewing, LinkedIn profiles. Please no "ALL CAPS" for any words in the design. Podcast artwork that includes the headshot I provide and the title "Job Search Strategies with Tiffany Franklin" I signed a contract with the photographer that I would not alter the photo, so please no photoshop or filters on the portrait - I like it as is and just want to add the podcast name to it. Thanks! :-) The "with Tiffany Franklin" part can be smaller or the same size as the rest of the font. I do not want the word "podcast" in the design. I'm open to your ideas for the color of the background, although I do like the gray background in the picture I provided. I need it to comply with Apple specifications... • a minimum size of 1400 x 1400 pixels and a maximum size of 3000 x 3000 • in the RGB colorspace ( and at 72 dpi) • saved as JPEG or PNG format with appropriate file extensions (.jpg, .png) • optimized for mobile devices (Apple suggests compressing your image) also, I will need various size versions size 1 - Apple Podcasts Preview Page - displays at 276 x 276 pixels. size 2 - Apple Podcasts New & Noteworthy Section - 125 x 125 pixels. size 3 - Apple Podcasts Mobile App - 55 x 55 pixels In looking at other top Apple podcasts, here's podcast artwork where I liked the aesthetic...
