I coach successful business founders so they achieve their big ambition. And do it without breaking themselves!

I'm relaunching my podcast after doing 20 episodes so far and learning what works and what doesn't. You can see current version here: https://open.spotify.com/show/0U3ebhiZU9ZpZ2DINwQio9 At the moment it is a little generic. Both the podcast itself and the cover. Founder interviews. Standard cover (my face plus text). Lots of other people are doing this. So I found a producer and we're upping the game! The new concept is actually coaching real entrepreneurs so they benefit as do the listeners. It looks at the business issue, but also the hidden reasons for actions and the personal impact. The name is changing to "Future Fit Founder" with the sub tagline of "Coaching entrepreneurs through their toughest moments". Potentially also "With James Johnson" somewhere (but that's optional / lowest priority) I'd like an eye catching cover that is different from the standard "my face + text" format. Ideally some original artwork / illustration which represents the concept and is simple but striking. The concept includes: - Getting in someone's head and helping them (coaching) - Helping them make it to their big ambition, without breaking down along the way - Looking back into the past and seeing what can learn to help with the future However, I'd like to leave space for creativity and see what you guys come up with! If I had to describe my coaching style in 3 words it would be: Simple. Practical. Human.
