Latinas in Sight: Logo and social media banner to level up Latina leadership

How Women Lead is nonprofit with a network of 14,000 executive women leaders providing connections, training and education and opportunities to scale up their leadership. Most of our leaders are in the corporate sector. Our core programs including general leadership, corporate board readiness, investment training, and a social sector executive women's fellowship.

We are launching a campaign to mobilize Latinas to get involved with our network in order to increase the number of Latinas ready and championed to be in leadership roles whether in the corporate board room, social sector, or as investors. So we'd like a nice logo or 2 to include on all our marketing collateral.

We have a tag line developed and started to play with our own images but they're not polished. The tag line is Latinas In Sight: Leveling Up Latinas in Leadership. We're interested in seeing what it might look like to have the campaign logo integrated or flow with our own OR as a standalone and we'll have our logo placed in a different part of the page. You'll see that we were playing with the idea of "sight" in the mock-up image with the dots flowing.
