Build townhomes for rent

Need a design for a three story townhome in an urban area. The ground floor will have a one car garage and a bedroom/office. The second floor will be living and dining. The third floor will be two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There can also be bathrooms on the ground level for the living room level. The EXTERIOR dimensions are 13.5‘ x 42‘. Please use American standard requirements for stairs, etc. The bottom floor will be 9 feet tall, the next floor is 10 feet tall, and the top floor is 9 feet tall. Please use these heights determine how long the stairs need to be. All the trusses between floors will be 2 feet tall. Outdoor spaces especially on the living dining room floor are encouraged. Having a small balcony by the living area and a larger patio by the dining area will work. I have other drawings of similar units but I’m looking to make the space feel right and move the stairs to the MIDDLE of the building to maximize space on the ends. As this is a townhouse there will be only be windows on the front and back and not on the sides.

I am attaching samples, these are not to be copied. I’m doing this design competition to come up with something else. A few details… The front of the townhouse will have an office on ground floor, living room on second floor and master bedroom on third floor. The back of the townhouse will have a garage on the ground floor, kitchen on the second floor & bedroom on the third floor. This is similar to the file I am uploading.
