This is first impression that will be left with new clients when we meet them for the first time. We want our new clients to remember our professionalism and care in design, (as to compare to the professionalism and care we will offer them in selling their house) when compared to the many other agents out there in the market with ordinary unprofessional folders. Smart, professional, modern, fresh look and feel please. I will try and give you as much positive criticism as possible, to get the design as perfect as possible before the contest runs out.
