Modify Part of Homepage

I would like to replace the content of the yellow box on this page:

With the following design: I need two colored boxes that take most of the space from left to right, plus some text underneath the two boxes (text spans the two boxes’ width).

Each box
has a title (e.g. in the left box the title is “Sell & Rent Back”) followed
by some content. Please choose the background
colours of the boxes to suit the colour scheme shown above.

The content
of the box on the left should be:

Title: Sell
& Rent Back

Content: bullet points saying:
- Reduce outgoings
- Release equity
- Sell and stay
in your homeThe content
of the box on the right should be:

Title: Repossession
Stopped

Content:

At the end
of the above text, and where it says “provide your details here”, there should
be an arrow pointing to the form on the right hand side.

The winning design should be incorporated into the existing photoshop file that can be retrieved from here:

One change needs to take place in the existing template first.  The picture of the lady on the right hand side needs to be removed, and the whole right hand side form should be pushed up to very close to the header menu.

- A design that fits in with the colour scheme of the existing template.
- New design should fit in the dimensions of the existing template.
- As much as possible of the new design should be above the fold in a screen resolution of 800x600.
- Clean design.
- Round corners if possible.
- Final design in layered format with fonts attached. We prefer PSD, but feel free to use what you're most comfortable using.

- Preferably no red colour usage, but if you can produce nice designs with it please reduce its brightness.
