Image design for School Mascot in China

I am a teacher at a Primary school in China. The school is non-profit. We help underprivileged children in hk get a good education.

I need a cartoon character (vector format). I need the image to be extremely high resolution so that it can be used in posters! The picture will also be used in posters at our school to decorate classrooms! The character is a panda who happens to be an astronaut. I want the panda in an astronaut space suit, and standing on two feet. One hand by his side and the other hand waving up as if waving. The panda must be 2-d cartoon style graphic. He is looking face on at the user of the computer. I already know what i want the face to look like (see picture). This is so the face looks friendly, remember it is for young children. Solid colour or gradient shading, it is up to you. I need two pictures: 1. one pic of panda standing as described above (waving). 2. one pic of panda standing as described above but this time holding the China flag. Each picture must be delivered in 2 sizes: Medium (400wx300h) Large (800wx600h) The space suit is where you can be creative. It needs to have little details like pockets, lights, buttons, etc. Please see my sketches for my information. Please see pictures and details of how the image should look. The target audience is: 6 year old, male and female, Chinese students who live in Hong Kong. They like astronauts and pandas. Since China recently sent someone to space. I would just like everyone to know that i am very serious about using this site to design the image as i need it very desperately for my school. I have a deadline to meet! All people are welcome to try!! I will certainly choose one to win in the end.
