This project is to design a powerpoint template and brochure template in the same look-and-feel as our new website (art is attached). We are looking for a template that easily allows us to convert our existing presentations (see attached). We want a template for our overall corporate presentation, but that includes sub-sections for each of our sub-brands (DynamicsCare and Advanced Supply Chain Software (se attached). The timing for this project is as soon as possible.
Acceptable Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Word
Color Mode: For best color results, set the color setting in the application being used to Adobe RGB (1998) and set your art files to RGB mode. For the darkest black, use RGB values of 0:0:0. Specify any Pantones that should be called out via email if these Pantones will not be listed in your graphic document’s swatch window. If you submit a color as a “tint” or percentage of a PMS color, it will be printed “as is.” We cannot guarantee the “tint” as the PMS fanbooks and color charts do not show us exactly what that tint should look like. You may want to choose a lighter shade PMS color instead.
File Setup: Setup all files at full print size. Use half or quarter size if there are document size limits with the application being used. Raster files and links should be set to 100 dpi at print size, with an acceptable minimum of 75 dpi at print size. Please do not add bleed or crop marks. Keep crucial elements, such as text, logos and important photographic areas at least 2” away from every edge of the graphic. For standard non-custom products, please ask your sales rep to give you the safe area measurements for each of your graphics if they have not already been provided. Blank production grids are available for standard products for graphic reference.
Fonts: If using a vector-based application, convert all fonts to outlines before submitting.
The design must adhere to the design guidelines that are attached.
