I need help in designing Folder and Brochure which our company (RMDSTEM Limited) will use on a regular basis when presenting marketing material to our clients.

Desired Style: professional, sharp, powerful Accepted File Formats: Adobe Photoshop File (.eps) and Word format for the brochure I need help in designing Folder and Brochure which our company (RMDSTEM Limited) will use on a regular basis when presenting marketing material to our clients. For the brochure design we only need a layout / frame set up in a way that later we are able to add / edit text using Microsoft Word. Brochure specs A4 Folder layout is attached. Upon a winner being chosen, full design rights will be transferred over to RMDSTEM, meaning the winner will not be able to use that specific design again for any other project.
