Artwork needed: Design a sign for jupe!

We are a brand new women's clothing retailer launching this spring - both with our first store front and online.

Are you an illustrator at heart? This is a contest for you. Please take a close look at the coffee shop jpg we've uploaded and if you think you can do something similar with your own flair - we'd love to see it! We are in need of a sign for our store that will hang outside the front door. Please see the picture we've attached of the cupcake store's sign that is right next door to us. So, this contest is about creating OUR sign that will hang on the next store front beside Beyond the Batter cupcakes. Our second photo is just something we're sending along to show you what we're inspired by - but please feel free to use some creative license! Hint: we love that cartoon girl - she's holding coffee but maybe she should be holding a purse? Have some fun with it! This poster sign should reflect the following colours: cream, pink or dusty rose, gold (as brassy gold as you can get it) and milk chocolate brown. Those are our store colours. Please consider using our tag line: Wardrobe Artisans... somewhere in the sign you create. And definitely use our name: Jupe (with the two uber dots above the u, please). Jupe means skirt in french - if that inspires you at all in any way. Have fun with it!

We cater to the 35 to 50 age group - professional and stay at home moms who have a zest for life and fashion. We are contemporary, fresh, not whimsical but definitely fun - and lightly elegant. PS - as this is just our sign contest - we also have a separate logo contest happening simultaneously if you feel like trying your hand at both! The logo will not be included in the sign necessarily - but will be on all our correspondence, our website, business cards, and store bags. Thanks!
