The Cleveland Jet Center is a fix based operator (FBO) based at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport (KCLE) providing charter operators, private pilots and corporate flight departments a jet fuel, quick turns, hangar facilities, concierge services and more. We pride ourselves on providing a seamless travel experience from the ground up. Our objective is to redefine customer service while exceeding our own standards in quality care. The completely renovated FBO facilities speak for themselves and offer guests an oasis of comfort and care while waiting for their travel accommodations. Located just twenty minutes from downtown Cleveland our facility provides a central location and access to many of the nations Fortune 500 companies. Target Audiences: 1.) Corporate Flight Departments: - general demographic: Female, highly-organized, age 30-50. 2.) Business Aviation Pilots - General Demographic: Male, Age 30-50, Adventure seekers, organized, often engineer career cross-over. 3.) Fortune 500 companies 4.) Corporate jet owning business owners. 5.) Private jet travelers - president, actors, sports teams, ect
What's your vision?
Cleveland Jet Center is looking to re-invigorate their current brand with high focus on their exceptional service experience. The design must use their current colors and logo in an 8.5"x11" ad that reflects the perfect blend of innovation, intelligence and classic design elements. The end product should have the elegance, luxury and sophistication of high end brands such as BMW, Hilton and Nordstrom. They are also very Cleveland proud so feel free to integrate Cleveland style elements. We will continue to upload facility image as we receive them but you can look at http://www.clevelandjetcenter.com/ to get a feel for facility accommodations. Feel free to use your creativity in the use of imagery or graphic elements or the combination of both. Their PRIMARY focus needs to be their service experience. Their service perspective is the level of service before service was an expectation. Similar to the 50's era - quality, quick service with a smile. - Some potential tag lines: * Service that stands alone. * Service before Service was an Expectation. * It's not our award winning facility, it's not our luxury accommodations, it's not our 26,500 square feet of heated hangar space, it's our service that sets us apart. * Customer service is more than a department, it's a philosophy. It's our philosophy. * We believe in giving people an amazing and memorable experience. We just happen to also have luxury accommodations, a 26,500 sf heated hangar and exceptional customer service.
It's preferred that the designer have a moderate aviation knowledge base. We encourage to you to review general aviation trade publications such as ProPilot Magazine, Aviation International News (AIN), National Business Aviation Association and Business Aviation News to get a feel for industry branding norms, then produce something DIFFERENT, that will stand out among the sea of aircraft images in these pubs.
