It may include graphic or abstract picture that represents real estate investments or shows through real estate anyone can get the same tax breaks that the rich do. Lettering should be really clear, easy to read, and will stand out on the shelf (virtually). We don’t want old-fashioned, Times Roman or italized font. We want it to feel modern. If a picture/graphic is included it should really add to the message and not be something that should be taken literally.
