What's your vision?
We are looking for someone able to represent us in a restaurant menu. The style must be simple and elegant, emotional and innovative. We would like the menu to be like a vintage nautical chart with a maximum dimension of an A4, easy to print (e.g. no octagon shape) and with 6 main sections (each one composed by 5 dishes) - in the following section you can find the complete list. Attached there are our logo and two photos of our restaurant, just to have an idea of the context.
Travels (tasting menu): Raw seafood journey 50€ Sea Mignon. Tuna sashimi, raw scampi and julienne cuttlefish. Squid carpaccio and raw marinated anchovies. Whitefish carpaccio, raw squillas and tuna praline. Tartare of the day. Cooked seafood journey 50€ Mixed fry sample. Grilled sardines and cuttlefish. Scallops and queen scallops au gratin. Tagliolini alla busara. Fish of the day with seasonal garnish. “Ytheca” journey (raw and cooked seafood) 70€ Sea Mignon. Raw scampi. Raw squillas, tuna praline and raw marinated anchovies. Adriatic trio: scallop, cuttlefish and sardines. First course of the day.
