Create the next magazine cover for Redwood

We are launching a new magazine (on the iPAD only) aimed at providing future, current and past MBA students with insight and intelligence (ie articles relevant to their course). The word Redwood should not appear on the design

We are looking for a front cover and a same design for an article (ie what the inside of the magazine looks like). The magazine will be called either MBA Intelligence or MBA Insight with a potential strap line of 'Showcasing business talent'. THis strapline may or may not be used. We are looking at up to six articles a month - each article 1500-2000 We would like to see a front page (cover page) and a page for the article. The article should be able to have a synopsis and also information boxes together with contact information of the author. The design while educational in content should be modern, forward thinking and the use of space and font should display these values

This will be built in Quark App software so any experience in this would be interesting
