The Harts, one is how it needs to be, not the design, but you can see how it is A3 and the one with the deer is the outer cover and the page with writing is the inside front page and the plane is the inside back page.
The outer cover something similar, with just very basic info is good, and then the inner left cover would have the gym rules.
Here are the gym rules we would like included.
1 - Use a towel, no one wants your sweat on their bench.
2 - Use chalk, sweat and barbells don't mix.
3 - Put the weights away when finished, this is not your bedroom.
4 - Respect the equipment, I wouldn't jump on your bed, so don't stand on the benches.
5 - This is a no judgment zone, so don't judge others.
6 - Don't compare yourself to others, everyone is on their own journey.
7 - Yell, grunt and scream, if it helps you stick to rule number #8
8 - Be 1% better every single day, so make sure you beat your PB's every session.
