fieldent got their new logo & hosted website by running a design contest:
Eye catching Logo and Website for Nutrition company RichLeaf.
Check out fieldent's Logo & hosted website contest…
Natural Source Nutrition
Provide as dietary supplements the needed nutrients and vitamins in the form of pills, capsules, liquids and powders. They will come in bottles of various sizes likely white with white caps. Target audience is mostly ages 40 and older although their will be some younger people that are concerned about their health and nutrition as well. IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL DESIGNERS GOING FORWARD: We apologize but we have to go back to our original logo of RichLeaf and drop the LeanPlex as we just found out it may have trademark issues in the future. Please re-submit your designs as RichLeaf for consideration. Thank you and our sincerest apologies. Please also refrain from use of the 'registered' symbol for now. Everything else still applies...only the logo changes.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Greens: Growth, harmony and success. Let designers make suggestions:
I want a bright captivating green in the logo somewhere somehow and yet am looking for something airy and light (see websites below for the green). I originally wanted something 'leafy' or something that denotes 'natural' goodness/nutrition and yet can also bring across 'backed by science' origins. I will let your creative juices come up with something other than leafy if you think something different would work here. Something that would stand out from all the others on the shelf if you were standing 6 feet away whether that be the logo name itself or the colour that pulls your eye into the logo. Some idea examples in the pictures below.. Keep in mind that it will be going on small bottles that can fit in your hand and so The Logo needs to be smallish yet eye grabbing. The printed slogan under/over/beside the Logo can be very small print...its the Logo that needs to stand out. People will read the small slogan after the Logo has pulled them in to pick up the bottle. Also I'm not too familiar with the industry formats these days but the logo needs to be able to be placed over any colour background and still stand out as it will eventually be placed on many different types/styles and colours of bottles and perhaps even bags or packages. Ps. please destroy the below pictures when the project is completed...they are only for example purposes.
I can't really tell what style I'd like from the choices above...they're too small to see properly. However if you look at www.vitalabs.com which I refer to in other areas here...I like their simple layout and it lends itself nicely to both text and photo's. Should give you a good idea of what can work from here. I can add that the site will be one of photographs of the product line and images of people in various activities denoting health and vitality. I think for now since we will only have one product to start and limited pages we should go with a style that allows having the descriptions and benefits alongside the product picture and we can add others on the same page as we grow. Each photo/picture of each product along with the name of the product in the text needs the ability to link away from the site to other sites such as Amazon where the actual sale of the product will happen. The other pages besides the 'home' page can be the 'products' page, 'Certifications' page, 'News Letters and Blogs' page and a 'Contact and Questions' page. As far as theme colour I really like the colours of www.vitalabs.com and www.reliancevitamin.com By the way that is the green in Vitalabs that I'm looking to incorporate into my Logo as well...and it would be consistent with the website.
