We are an educational leadership coaching and consulting company. We target school districts, schools, educational leaders, and aspiring administrators to provide 1:1 executive coaching, leadership sessions, onboarding new administrators, and consulting services. RNLG stands for Robert Nelson Leadership Group.

The LLC is in its inception, so it is just me to start the company. The company will revolve around 1:1 executive coaching for educational leaders. I would like the website to be conservative, professional, and simple (easy to navigate). I want the website to encourage strong relationships and trust which is so important when conducting executive coaching. No idea about colors.

Homepage: I would like a picture of myself as an executive leadership coach. Please refer to the evan roth and rock spring coaching websites as a reference for the homepages. Additionally, please refer to my Guide of Services as a reference for items that I will need on the website and additional pages. Plus, I would like a consultation or contact me and testimonials (still completing) on the homepage as well. Please refer to the other websites for additional design ideas. Next, I need my blog: www.findingyourinnergoat.com attached to the homepage. Last, the frameworks in the Guide of Services will eventually be online professional development and/or podcast leadership sessions.
