montes got their new logo & hosted website by running a design contest:
Caring Immigration Advocate Seeking Exciting/Professional Logo/Website!
Check out montes's Logo & hosted website contest…
Attorney & Law
An experienced immigration attorney who provides a range of legal services: court representation, bond hearings, immigration investigation, family petitions, handles cases with criminal aspects. Target Audience: immigrants who are college educated/professional, or family members who are college educated/professional who have family members who are immigrants. I work with mostly Latino and South-asian clients, its important to show diversity in pictures.
Other color requirements
My main office colors are blue with a touch of gold. Very minimal gold and it does not need to be included in the logo if it does not fit. These are the blues I like. #5B94BD #3D769F #336C95
For Logo: 1) My last name in English means Mountains. I know it might be cheesy, but I would love to see some logos that symbolize mountains somehow. 2) If mountains are no good - maybe just the name of my firm. 3) I am open to legal images - courthouse/statue of liberty, etc. but I feel its overdone, but again, I would be open to it. For website: 1I want clients to feel they are with a fierce and dedicated advocate. I am a relatively young/petite female attorney, I need my logo/website to show confidence but also with a hint of trust and even family feel (if that is possible!).
The same as the logo. Images - If the website will use images please use from a source that does not cost more than $25 per image (if possible, hopefully avoid subscription places - if you know of any place to get them). I need to make sure I get a copyright certificate for the images eventually.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo & hosted website.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.

And then… they selected a winner!
I loved my design and I loved how the designer was very responsive! She responded quickly and made changes quickly! She listened to what I wanted and needed and helped me with as much as she could!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
