greendavid got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Triathlon Community Web Site Needs Logo & Design
Check out greendavid's Logo design contest…
We're in the process of developing a new community-based web site for the Triathletes of the country (and world). We need a logo and web site design that captures the essence of this unique community.
What's your vision?
Tagline: Building the world's largest Triathlon community Desired Color Scheme: Be creative! Desired Style: Fun, Challenging, Athletic, Sexy and Bold! TriathlonCity is a new start up that we plan to launch this Summer. Triathlons are the fastest growing participatory sports in the US and we want to provide a fun community for this group to learn, share and show off. It goes without saying that people who engage in Triathlons are not the shy, retiring types. So the logo and site design needs to reflect this "go for it" mentality while including a touch of sassy/sexy attitude. I see the logo including a male and female triathlete - one wearing a wet suit perhaps while the other is in biking shorts and singlet (each with a confident pose.) This is just one idea - I'm really open to any other thoughts/ideas and can't wait to see the creative minds have some fun with this. The website will be roughly based on the same type of model found on www.anglingmasters.com. Instead of cabins, marinas and lodges we're going to have Training Spaces, Locker Rooms and Training Camps. And we'll also want to include room on the home page for photo contests for the Triathlon Hotties of the week (male and female). Other than the community pages (again, using the AnglingMaster model), we'll also have a shopping section as well as an information section (that will include training tips, ask the experts, etc.) This contest was originally listed in multiple categories: - Logo Design - Web Page Design (Coded)
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $399.
