Drew.Butler got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Trainer Spot needs a logo! Help us define our image! [Extended and Guaranteed]
Check out Drew.Butler's Logo design contest…
Trainer Spot is a mobile and web application that allows people to manage and set their upcoming training schedules, provide reminders and to help them meet their fitness goals. It is a new startup looking for the best eye-catching designs to grab the attention of both trainers and consumers. We are an interent and mobile business, and will need our design to be flexible as well.
Logo types to explore
Looking for a modern design that appeals to health conscious technology enthusiasts. In addition, we would also need to have our logo in a button format (similar to facebook, twitter, etc.) as a separate image, to be used for mobile devices. Symbols that I've seen and like that seem to work well with the brand, stopwatches, whistles, clipboards, scheduling, outlines of people doing fitness activities, etc ... What I'm looking for is a logo that can be used (or at least translated) between a light or dark background. Can break off and work as an app icon and would look sharp on business cards. Any examples of how those things would work in the designs would definitely help me make a better decision. As a final product, I'm definitely going to need the logo to exist in a PSD format, with a transparent background, for easy use on the website.

Amazingly talented designer! Was a pleasure to work with. He was very innovative in his design ideas and a clear leader from his first design submission. I look forward to working with him in the future!
