Significantly Increase market share in northwest suburbs, open franchise in 3 yrs, build a team producing over 600 million GCI within next 2 years. Recruit mega agents from other companies into KW to increase my profit sharing.

Are there any other comments/specific ideas we should keep in mind while designing your project?
The majority of internet lead generation is focused on buyers who constitute an 85% of internet transactions via the internet and their average age is 35.  I want a website that is unique, non-traditional,  urban, yet easy to read and navigate. The website should reflect the color scheme of the logo. The log should have word art plus an image.

Audience Profile

Average age 35-55 approx.
Located in rich suburb with high end homes (Barrington, IL) and mostly Caucasian homeowners.
Niche marketing to Spanish speaking customer.
