This design was for a vacation rental and future B&B that we are intending to use as a flagship brand logo for other possible ventures (including food products). The look needed to be both quaint but with touches of sophistication that would appeal to more urban, upscale audiences who we are trying to attract to this space. It needed to thread the needle between various moods. GiaKenza did a wonderful job, creating different 'looks' for our logo, including versions which featured our building, and text-only versions which did not. This helped us to come closer to finding what we needed to envision our own brand and its various uses, something which the other - very talented designers - did not do. It was this insight - that we didn't have ourselves - which set Gia apart from the others and helped us achieve the look we were striving for. Once he had won the commission, he was very responsive and helped us get the files we needed, and make small tweaks to the deliverables, as we worked with our printer. I'm so grateful - excellent work. I strongly recommend and endorse this designer. Many thanks! -chris bennem, proprietor Glen Hollow

Art of a Deal (artofadeal.com)
We are a group of business professionals, who participate in various transactions, such as real estate, commodities, and paper (buying and selling loans), and also in the education of individuals in these areas. We've been in business for 30+ years and are in the process of developing a new website to facilitate a new business idea.
The website will allow our various clients to browse "deals" that are currently available and commit to participate in those deals, with the benefit of being educated throughout and about the transactional process. Several clients may participate in a single deal, making the concept of cooperation and synergy an important part of what we are trying to accomplish and convey.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This website will be offered to our existing clientele, all of who are entrepreneurial-minded and lifetime students of financial principles, as well as those with whom we may establish relationships in the future. Our client base extends internationally, so a culturally neutral logo/icon is a must.
Our requirements are simple:
1) Deliver a logo/icon that is attractively colorful, yet professional.
2) Remain culturally neutral to the greatest extent possible.
3) Incorporate the ideas of cooperation, education, and prosperity to whatever extent possible.
4) This is a brand new site*, so your slate is clean! Feel free to create with reckless abandon! We are not opposed to more unique and abstract ideas.
*The domain "artofadeal.com" is currently forwarded to another site, however, that site is unrelated to this one except for the ownership, so please DO NOT use any of it's content for inspiration!
