Ultimately, the number one thing we are looking for in this new logo design is creativity. There are many ways to represent the idea of the “stock market” or “trading” or “buying and selling stocks” and we look to your creative vision for coming up with an amazing design that goes beyond sticking a piece of stock art next to the company name. We want the design to be memorable, whilst also having a modern look and feel. We want people to look at the logo and immediately identify that our brand is associated with the stock market because that’s what our business is all about. Telling customer exactly when to buy and when to sell specific stocks in the stock market. Please use your best judgment for overall color scheme and font style choices.
In the interest of trying to be helpful, I wanted to provide an update to the design brief that I believe will be helpful.
I'm seeing a lot of "bar chart" design ideas, but this really doesn't represent the idea of the "stock market". If you believe using a creative chart element in the design, you should be focusing on a "line chart" style, NOT a bar chart.
Also, bulls (the animal) are often associated with the stock market, i.e. search "bulls and bears" and you'll see many references to the stock market. Since we focus on "upside" trades, using a bull in the design could be a creative idea for the company brand.
We look to your creative vision, but just wanted to make sure everyone knows that using a "bar chart" style in the design does NOT represent the idea of the stock market. Focus on line chart styles or a bull animal or some other idea that you personally think best represents the idea of the stock market.
Do not limit your creativity to the line chart idea or the bull animal idea as these are just suggestions.
