I am a life coach, empowerment of women and men. To master their life, Mind expertise and mentorship. Brain and heart coherence is important. So body-mind-soul relationship. My target audience are professionals struggling with daily stress related items, to help them to live from within, and not letting them be distracted by all the outside triggers in life.
