Toby de Havilland needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 131 designs submitted by 21 freelance designers.
flipcode a small company working on cutting edge mobile, desktop and web software. We are young, friendly and enthusiastic.
Extremely technical, but still very approachable we help to guide our clients in the right direction whilst providing the best solution possible.
Our largest audiences are Advertising agencies, Digital agencies and Startup companies playing with ideas on new technologies like the iPhone and Android.
Obviously these agencies are very hot on design.
We require a logo and a business card design.
Although we prefer the spelling flipcode we haven't decided if we should use Flipcode (lower case f vs capital F), feel free to play around and see which looks best.
I hate to use the term "web 2.0" but we require that modern, fun feeling. The logo must be bold and stand out, and preferably have the option of reversing the colors (light on dark, dark on light)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo, although feel free to use any hand drawn elements etc.
Here is an example of a logo that we like:
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - layered .psd (RGB)
