Simple LOGO REDESIGN for Real Estate/Property Management Company

I'm a designer myself, however my client is interested in designing his logo at 99designs. This project is also imortant to me as I want to learn more about client-graphic designer interaction. This is why you’ll get regular feedback and star ratings so you simply won’t waste your time.

ABOUT ADM:
-The Company name is ADM

-it always goes with the name of the city in which its office operates. For example ADM Sosnowiec (see the old logo attached).

-The letters ‘ADM’ stand for ‘ADMINISTRATION’ (management)

-deals with Real Estate/Property Management (administration). Provides tenants with support in paying rent, utility bills, etc. Helps them to deal with contracts and legal issues.

- Housing cooperatives and individual clients that need a company that is trustworthy, experienced, professional and supportive. They may be conservative in their design taste so probably don't go with the latest trends.

-LOGO REDESIGN (see our old logo in the attachement!)

-Must work in Black and White

-Must be vectorised

-We want to keep the current Black-White-Yellow color scheme, however if you think it has to be redesigned feel free to submit.

-We are not sure if we want to keep the current font (Revue)

-We’d like to keep some kind of ellipse in the design

-The new logo has to evoke the feelings of professionalism and be associated with property administration

-HAS TO BE CLEAR AND SIMPLE BUT CREATIVE

-Use current font for the ‘ADM’ or if you find the font that would work well with the logo, please modify it and make original.
