I'm a hybrid driving, recycling, earth friendly momma who is trying to leave as few carbon prints behind on my journey to create beautiful natural light pieces of art. I'm not the crunchy granola girl who lives in a tree... in fact I try to enjoy the nicer things in life. I try to be carefree and laid back yet organized!
I LOVE photography and aiming to break into the wedding industry as THE eco-friendly wedding photographer in San Diego! But I have some ground work to do - starting with the logo that reflects me.
I have two small kids who are my sunshine, my rock of a husband who is a military member and our funky hyper-allergenic dog that has allergies!
Without sounding too blissed out I really enjoy the warm sun, cool water and soft breezes that life has to offer... I try to always look on the up side of life and so far it's working out.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I want to get in touch with those like minded hybrid driving people out there. Someone who is looking to be a better person and chooses quality over quantity. Someone who wants to have the more exclusive natural earth friendly products. Clients who are aware of our impact on the environment with out being consumed by it! I don't want the extremists!!
Ideal clients should b or interested in:
single (for the brides/grooms)
shop at co-ops similar to trader joes or whole foods or farmers markets
like the beach/mountains (being outdoors)
I would like the logo to be as simple as possible while including my name (Yvonne LeBrun - please note the CAPITALIZED "B"!!) or the full business name (Yvonne LeBrun Photography). I would like it to be fresh and clean and torn between light and airy or bold!! Alternative would be website address http://www.yvonnelebrun.com :)
I don't think I want anything twirly or busy but the right image is the right image.
I would like to keep it either one color or two colors (fave colors are green and sky blue) but it must be easy to over lay on an image. Keep in mind I want to be able to set the opacity lighter to allow the image to be unobstructed (think watermark). It would be useful to have it transfer to black/gray to over lay on light images and white/gray to over lay on dark images.
I want to include a little symbol like a sunflower or leaf to accentuate the eco-friendly lifestyle. I LOVE sunflowers. Symbol should be simple and be able to stand alone as well as with the company name.
Feel free to get creative - I'm not locked in to no twirls or fancyful busy logos but I think less is sometimes more. If anything it's always easier to add than subtract from an image later and I want it to be as timeless and streamlined as the apple icon, nike swoosh or the recycle symbol (is that too much stress?! LOL!) :)
