I would like the logo to contain both the company name PTbyMe.com (capitalized the way it is written here) as well as an icon. I would also be open to the idea of the company name being made into a creative icon itself, though not sure if this option will end up looking professional enough.
It will be used on the website, newsletters, and other company letterhead, business cards, etc.
I don't have an image in mind for the logo though I know I want it to look "Clean and Simple." By clean, I mean that it should have nice clear lines, with good contrast.
I would like to also have a black and white version of the colored logo (but not more than 3-4 colors). I don't yet know if the logo will be placed on a color or black/white background. As I make decisions on the website, I will choose a background that fits well with the logo so don't worry about that.
I'll be teaching clients to use their own hands to treat different parts of their bodies. So an interesting possibility for the icon may be an image of that act. Be creative, but it should be very clear what action is occurring... for example: someone massaging their own shoulder, forearm, knee, etc. I Don't, however, want it to look like someone is just grabbing an area of their body that hurts (if a face or expression is included, it shouldn't look like they are in pain). I added some pics to spark some ideas
