I'm very open-minded. My style of investing is aggressive and blunt, so I prefer an assertive logo. However, it also needs to professional, institutional, and not too over the top. An understated, more quiet logo with just a hint of menace/aggression is fine too. I'm open to color schemes. Black, red, and white elements together could work. It could be literal, abstract, whatever, Try not to jut cut and paste scorpion logos from Shutterstock :). Attaching some I saved online just as random ideas.

Company I worked with many times before is expanding with two new branches and for that purpose here are the logos we made. Done in same modern and minimalistic style as mother company, two designs are based on simple imaginery, while at same time representing initials A and N. Interesting logo redesign project for client who already tried to update his branding but wasn't happy, until now ;) so, with clients love for geometry & triangles in mind and his old design, I came up with this minimalistic and simple logo which works great with blending red colors coresponding to Redrock Canyon. Variation with outline is just as neat, while both share same modern and clear lettering.
