The ILC stands for the Industry Leadership Council, a group of health/fitness club owners that are so engaged in the fitness industry that they contribute expertise and funds to ensure the fitness industry has the resources necessary to protect itself from harmful legislation and taxes, and capitalize on opportunities to promote physical activity. The target ILC person is a forward thinking big picture health club operator.
