An education company requires a logo which oozes 'Precision'. Trade With Precision is an education company which teaches people how to trade the financial markets, primarily through live and online seminars. We need a generic Precision Logo which can be used across a variety of different educational fields such as trading, golf and business.
Trade with Precision
Precision Trader was formed just over 18 months ago and is now rebranding. Management’s intention is to extend the company’s activities into other fields of education, such as golf and business entrepreneurship (in addition to trading).
For such extensions, the name “PRECISION” will remain and will provide the basis of the name for the extended companies eg:
- Trade with Precision
- Golf with Precision
- Business with Precision
The new logo must be made up of 2 elements:
1. A graphic image (discussed below) which includes the corporate name “Precision”. This will essentially be the umbrella / family logo
2. Text which identifies the specific company e.g. “Trade with”, “Golf with”, “Business with”.
Virgin is an example of how this concept should work: “Virgin” being the family logo with its own distinct charactersitics. The “Wines”, “Atlantic”, “Media”, “Mobile” logos achieve differentiation but are still clearly part of the “Virgin” family brand.
Three versions of logo required with essentially the same design, just different text e.g. Trade with Precision or Golf with Precision. Please keep submissions to just Trade with Precision for now although on completetion Business with & golf With logos will also be required.
It is important the logo look elegant and simple.
The logo would also need to be reversable i.e. it should work against both light and dark backgrounds. It does not matter if this is achieved by a single logo or a (modified) second version of the logo with appropriate colour changes to satisfy this requirement.
The colour scheme must incorporate metallic GREEN and SILVER and maybe black. Additional suitable colours are at the designer’s discretion. See colour scheme for logo at http://www.tradingsymposium.com
The words used in the logo i.e. “Trade With” and "Precision" can be in different fonts for distinction and standout. Again – Virgin is a good example of this style of treatment.
The image must be a graphical component which represents Precision. This could be in the form of something such as a spiral or something to do with fibonacci perhaps. This is at the designers discretion provided that Precision is graphically represented.
Open to all possibilities provided requirements above are met
