HealthWeaver
We are a university-based research group that is designing a new kind of technology to help patients organize their health information. Our unique contribution is emphasizing that people’s health information is interweaved with information from other aspects of their lives (e.g., personal or professional calendars, to-do lists, social networks).
Our audience is both our research colleagues as well as the patients who could use the technology that we are developing. We plan to use this logo on our website, within the technology that we develop, in presentations that we give (e.g., we are giving four talks at CHI – the national human-computer interaction conference), and on flyers or brochures promoting our research and our technology.
We are looking for an icon and text combination that includes the phrase “Health Weaver” – can be two separate words or one word with Weaver capitalized; otherwise capitalization is not critical. We are more interested in emphasizing people, rather than standard images connected with medicine, such as stethoscopes. Including some aspect of weaving would be cool, but not required.
Colors: We would like vivid color schemes that look cheerful and inviting, rather than garish. Avoid browns and grays.
Preferred format: Adobe Illustrator (AI) format
Fonts: Please use only standard fonts that we would not need to purchase, such as those already available in Adobe or Microsoft products.
Please do not use clipart or stock images.
