4 color max - Med to dark (not light pastels), but we don't want a "dark" appearance in general

Desired Style:
Open - not edgy, dark, or too modern.

We help people go to Paradise (Costa Rica) to get their medical (plastic surgery) and dental work done (and save a lot of money). We're in the Medical Tourism, or Medical Travel field. We need a logo that conveys:

1.) Competence (professionalism)
2.) Trust
3.) Excitement
4.) Paradise

We do not want the logo to be:

1. Dark (Dark colors are fine, but not a dark appearance)
2. Scary (crosses, heartbeats)
3. Clinical
4. Too cutesy. Fun is good, but it needs to be professional as well.

We'll be using this logo on our website, business cards, and letterhead. The logo needs to have some graphical tie in to the "Paradise" theme, and a graphical tie in to the medical aspect (PLEASE, NO MEDICAL CROSSES). We need 1 vertically oriented version of the logo, 1 horizontally oriented version of the logo, and 1 business card layout.
