Real Estate & Mortgage
This is a new development apartment community, the target audience is mostly people in their late 20s - mid 40s. The apartments are located in Monument, CO just north of Colorado Springs. It is a new development so we want to start the branding off with a bang. There are great views of the mountains.
Looking for something attention grabbing, exciting - new, creative - not the same design look you see elsewhere. - Navy Blue paint on the buildings, not teal - Blue, Green, Light & Dark Neutrals are our initial color scheme but we are open to suggestions. - Do NOT include mountains, buildings or windows in the logo - The logo will be used on a monument sign and for advertising purposes.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $399.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
