We're a small team of artists and filmmakers that do cg animation, motion graphics, and a bit of visual effects work. We appreciate good design. We think in terms of story. And we love collaborating with great talent.
We're a bunch of young guys with awards in filmmaking and animation. All of us in the company are artists. We like to say we're able to do a lot with a little. We often do things a little differently, and like the idea of standing outside the norm.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our branding has to appeal to the people who have high-end animation needs. These people work for ad agencies, movie and television studios, production companies and post-production shops. They are roughly 32-45, but have the mid-twenties demographic on the brain. Our branding needs to reflect what is modern in design but have enough classic elegance to persist. We want our clients to see us as a top-of-the-line creative team, technically slick and well-put-together but also organic and daring. We know that's a lot to ask for, but that's what good style is.
We need a logo that has personality. I needs to work in a variety of environments. It shouldn't be limited to being over black, white or another solid color. A good logo is always reversible. We are open to anything, but our tastes skew to the clean, elegant, but bold and modern (dare we say - trendy.)
The key concepts that should be incorporated visually are movement, creativity and elegance. Our company name might initially make you think of something goofy - but to us it refers to the fact that we can offer a different perspective on a project. Sure, a point of view that might be odd - but not exactly comedic. That being said, we're open to something clever, just not laughable.
This needs to work as a static logo for print & web, but it should also lend itself to an animated version (we'll do that part) for motion picture and television.
