How Diane Helene Lalande started their logo design journey
Diane Helene Lalande, contemporary artist & designer
I am a designer and a contemporary artist. There is no doubt that both esthetic and design are what makes my products interesting and exclusive. I have recently created this serie of bols that has two fonctions, esthetic and sculpturale and utility. I am constantly developping new products and wishes to attract people that are interested in decorative and modern objects. If you wish to see the different models, please log on to my web site at http://www.dianehelenelalande.com under Nuts Nuts who's there?
You'll be able to see all of the models and this might make it easier for you all to create ''the perfect'' logo that shall be used to promote my new product. I am enjoying the fact that I can play with words into creating this serie. There are NuttyU, To be or Nut to be, Nut Nut who's there models and more...
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am targeting people of 35 -40- 45- 50- 55 that appreciate decorative objets and are ready to spend on an original one. I would like to see my creations being sold in interior design shops or high fashion shops...the could placed on different type of furniture which could either be, wood, glass etc etc. These people shall be very interested in not only my latest creations but also in the visit of my website that has my full name Diane Helene Lalande.
This logo needs to be small...nothing too big and imposing, delicate, fashion, design. It shall be attached to every piece that I create and it will have at the back the adress of my website. I think that Mies Van der Rohe was not only a great architecte but his words have been with me all these years and there saying ''Less is more''. This logo could be black and white...the absence of color is much suitable for me...I do not want to be match with red, yellow or blue colors.
I do like squares, and rounds...but might not be that close to rectangles.
I am leaving you the choice for the character. I wish that the logo could be made with the name ''The Nutcracker''. A picture or graphic of a nut of somekind can also be use. There is a model that I really like and you can see it at this adress: http://www.designers-avenue.com/ima…design.jpg
