About us
ALCA is a member-based organisation working together to tackle complex challenges including climate change, biodiversity loss, landscape scale conservation and sustainable agriculture. All our members work on the ground in landscape recovery, landscape and biodiversity restoration and climate resilience. We are science led and aim to achieve positive environmental outcomes at a large scale. Together, ALCA members work across over 3 million square kilometres, with more than 3000 landholders. We have over 50,000 supporters and combined annual turnover exceeds $200 million. Our goal is to lead Australia into a decade of action to restore and recover Australia’s landscapes and biodiversity. We work alongside investors, business, government, philanthropy and the community to achieve success in environmental management.
