The primary tool NEDCO will utilize to achieve these goals is the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program. Through the use of this program, NEDCO will assist small businesses in obtaining financing for fixed asset projects by assembling, analyzing and making recommendations on loan packages, submitting their analyses and recommendations to the SBA for approval, and closing and servicing 504 loans.
