I want to create a monthly 2-4 page mortgage newsletter for my clients that will be called "The Mortgage Minute." I need a template created so that I can easily insert my articles and pictures each month. I prefer this to be in Word or Photoshop format. I also need a great looking logo for the "The Mortgage Minute"

What's your vision?
Desired Style: Professional I want something that looks very professional. I would like a vertical marging that runs along the left side of the page (about 2 inches in) that will always be there where I can list current mortgage rates, and the list of main articles that will be in the newsletter. Â I prefer not to use super bright colors. Â Also, if you can think of a great name that is different than "The Mortgage Minute" than I am open to that. Â Thanks, and good luck!
